This lowside get-off occurred when Rider Andy Carman of Redding, California, was exiting turn 8 into the 'Corkscrew' (turn 8A) at Laguna Seca Raceway. Carman was piloting his Suzuki GSX-R1000 (No. 133), at 11:15am Sunday morning. Carman walked away from the crash.



Carman was racing in the AMA Pro Honda Oils Supersport Championship, presented by Shoei Helmets. This year's AMA Supersport race is part of the annual Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix weekend July 20th to the 22nd.
