Weekend Warrior was founded by Mark Warmoth in 1988, and is one of the pioneering, and industry leading manufacturers of dual-purpose toy hauler RVs.
Warmoth's own interests in the ATV offroading lifestyle in California led to his creation of the Weekend Warrior brand, which has become synonymous with the RV toy box market segment. In 1988 Weekend Warrior Trailers, Inc. purchased Extreme RVs, LLC of Caldwell, Idaho; becoming Warrior Holdings, Inc.
In 2004 National RV Holdings sold its travel trailer business assets to Warrior Holdings, Inc., and in 2006 Weekend Warrior purchased NVH's 80,000-square-foot Perris, California facility (source: www.hotstocked.com), further increasing the company's manufacturing capacity to 120,000 square-feet (source: www.warriormfg.com).
