Aqua Kem Holding Tank Deodorant

Aqua Kem Holding Tank Deodorant

Product Overview

An RV's toilet is located over, and empties directly into, the Black Water Holding Tank. The three most common Black Water Holding Tank problems are deodorizing, cleaning and breakdown of solid waste. Thetford deodorants outsell their competitors combined because they do a superior job in these three problem areas.

Thetford's Aqua Kem Holding Tank Deodorant is the number one selling RV tank deodorant because it really works.

The Problem

With many of the holding tank deodorant products it seems like the residual waste odors still permeate the toilet area especially when dry camping and using the black water holding tank to upwards of 3/4ths of its capacity.

The Solution

I have found that the best black water holding tank deodorant is Thetford Aqua Kem. I like to have a 64 oz. (1/2 gallon) bottle on hand at all times because when I use it, it always works and I never have any residual waste smell in the toilet area whatsoever.

Aqua Kem also comes in various smaller sizes for more convenient use. All-season Aqua-Kem eliminates odors and breaks down waste and tissue. It is a liquid concentrate is non-staining and biodegradable. Use 8 oz./40 gal. tank. Contains formaldehyde.

Operation

I use about 1/2 cup in the toilet with the black water holding tank about 1/4 full of fresh water. I then use the tank until it is about 3/4ths full and there is no residual smell. One word of caution....be careful not to spill it on the floor. Even though it is non-staining it will create a mess of blue liquid on the floor.

Purchase Thetford Aqua Kem Holding Tank Deodorant in various sizes from Camping World online:
