Luxury Coaches offer the highest amount of luxury amenities and are usually constructed around a commercial truck chassis (Spartan or Freightliner) with a rear diesel engine (Cummings or Caterpillar) known as a "diesel pusher."
The upper end coaches in this market segment often use a converted commercial bus chassis and shell (Prevost or GM) as a starting point, and construct a luxury coach from within. There are also hybrid class-a conversions such as Dynamax, Powerhouse, and Renegade built on truck chassis with conventional tractor/trailer front ends.

According to RVIA statistics, today's typical RV owner is married, 49 years old, owns their home, and has an annual income of $68,000.
There are several manufacturers of class-a coaches that are starting to produce Toy Hauler versions with garage space at the rear of the coach for your motorcycles or atvs.
