  • Check that TV antenna is down in its 'travel' position (left)

  • Check fresh water tank supply in electronic tank monitor panel (right)

4. Perform Air Brake Check to see that brakes and alarm system are in working order as air pressure drops from normal to a low air condition. Test by using the following procedure:

  • 1. With the engine running, build the air pressure to governed cut-out (Air will be released from air dryer as system is fully charged)

  • 2. Shut off the engine, turn key to ON position

  • 3. Chock the wheels

  • 4. Push in (release) emergency parking brake

  • 5. Fully apply the foot brake and hold it for one minute

  • 6. Check the air gauge(s) to see if the air pressure drops more than 3 pounds in one minute to test for system air leaks

  • 7. Begin fanning off the air pressure by rapidly applying and releasing the foot brake. The low air warning device should activate before pressure drops below 60 psi.

  • 8. Continue to fan off the air pressure. At approximately 40 psi the parking brake valve should close (pop out).
