Ad Policies, Terms & Conditions
Content:
All website advertising is subject to KHI, inc's approval before acceptance. KHI, inc. reserves the right to reject any ad that it feels detracts from the image of the site, or competes with KHI, inc's services, or is offensive to viewers, or makes derogatory or offensive statements. Ad units should be compatible with the subject matter contained on the requested page.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due before ad cycle begins. Payment will be made by Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex), PayPal, or Check. All checks must clear before ad is placed - please allow 10 working days.
Contract Term:
The minimum contract period is one (1) year. Expiration notification will be sent via email, one month prior to expiration. If renewal payment has not been received by the expiration date the ad will be removed.
Ad Coding:
Ad units may not use Javascript or inline-framing. Text units must be written in HTML, and all ad links will open in a new page using the target="new" link attribute. Animated gifs may be used for banner/side-bar image ads, subject to our approval.
Ad Units per Page:
There will be a maximum of one (1) ad unit of each ad type (728x60 top banner, 728x15 text link unit, 120x120 side bar unit, 728x60 bottom banner) on a single page. Additionally, there will be only one ad unit per advertiser, per page.
